Holistic Psychiatry for Adult ADHD · Beverly Hills & Burbank

Finally, ADHD care built around how your brain actually works.

Most patients we see were on the same prescription for years. Nobody adjusted it.

What's bringing you in today?

Because I need clarity on what the right next step actually is.

For those who've been managed, not treated

ADHD care is broken in pretty specific ways

You sat through a 15-minute appointment, walked out with a stimulant prescription, and were told to come back in three months. Whether the meds were actually working in your life didn't really come up.

  • A diagnosis on autopilot, with no real evaluation behind it
  • A dose that's been the same for years even as life has changed
  • A PCP who's doing their best but isn't really an ADHD specialist
  • A six-month waitlist just to be seen by someone who is
  • The sense that you're managing ADHD instead of actually treating it

Because I'm done managing this instead of actually treating it.

What's possible

Treatment that actually fits how your brain works

When ADHD care is set up properly, the change is usually fast. The right meds, the right dose, the right schedule, and a provider who has time to figure that out with you.

  • Follow through on the things that actually matter to you
  • Less reactivity, more presence with the people you love
  • A plan you understand and trust, not just a prescription

Because I know treatment can work if it's actually set up right.

How it works

Start with the quiz. Here's what follows.

When the plan is right, patients describe their brain finally working with them, not against them.

  1. Take the short quiz

Five quick questions so we understand what you're looking for, what you've tried, and what matters most. About 60 seconds.

  2. We reach out within one business day

Someone from our team contacts you to answer questions and walk you through next steps. You decide if it's the right fit.

  3. Begin with a 90-minute ADHD evaluation

Your first appointment is a real evaluation, not a checklist. You leave with a written plan.

Because I want a real plan, not another prescription refill.

Why this works when other care hasn't

Where ADHD care usually breaks down. And what we do differently.

Most patients we see have been through the system already. The failure points are consistent.

  • The visit was too short to help

90-minute initial evaluation. 60-minute follow-ups. The amount of time it actually takes to understand what's going on and adjust accordingly.

  • The prescription never changed

Optimization means adjusting your dose and plan based on how it's actually working in your life: your sleep, your work, your stress. Not just renewing what you had.

  • Nobody looked at the trauma piece

ADHD and trauma co-occur more than most providers acknowledge. Our trauma-informed therapists are part of the team when it's part of your picture.

Because I deserve a provider who actually has time for me.

HOPE has changed my life. I had a doctor for 14 years who I should have left years ago. My first visit at HOPE was with Marat and I cried my eyes out because I was so upset. When I walked out I already felt like a different person. He listened to everything I said and set up a plan for us to work on. I am 4 weeks into the plan and am doing really good.

Hope Integrative Psychiatry is the kind of place that you wish you discovered before you spent all that time and money on conventional therapy that really doesn't create true, long lasting results. I already sent 3 family members to Hope.

Beverly Hills

I really appreciate that they didn't immediately turn to pharmaceuticals to treat my illness. They have an entire mind and body approach that is an important focus in this phase of my life.

I am incredibly grateful for the care I received. From the very beginning, I felt heard and understood, never judged or rushed. His support made a real difference in my healing and growth.

What goes into getting this right

From first evaluation to ongoing care

Whether you've never been evaluated or you've been on the same prescription for years, this is what ADHD care looks like as a real specialty, not a side category.

  • A real 90-minute evaluation, not a checklist
  • A diagnosis you can trust, not just a label
  • Meds selection grounded in your full picture
  • Supplementation when the evidence supports it
  • Follow-ups long enough to catch what's changed
  • Coordinated trauma care if it's part of your picture

Because I want someone who looks at the full picture.

Where we meet patients

In-person in LA. Telehealth across California.

Most patients start with one provider and stay with them. Whether they're seen in Burbank or Beverly Hills, in person or over video, the intake length, the follow-up cadence, and the ADHD plan are the same.

FAQs

Patients frequently ask us

I've never been formally evaluated. Can I start here?

Yes. We see adults only. This practice is not set up for children or adolescents. Virginia routinely conducts ADHD evaluations from scratch, including for patients who've never been formally diagnosed. The 90-minute initial appointment is structured around exactly that.

I'm already on ADHD meds but they aren't working. Can you help?

Yes, this is one of the most common reasons patients come to Virginia. We evaluate what's been tried, what dose, what combination, and whether the meds, the dose, or the broader plan is the issue.

Do you accept insurance?

We provide direct billing for several major PPO plans (Cigna PPO, United, Anthem Blue Cross PPO, Optum, SAG-AFTRA, Writers Guild, Motion Picture Health & Welfare) and superbills for out-of-network reimbursement on all other plans. The 15-minute consultation is the right place to talk specifics.

What does it cost?

Initial intake with Virginia is $425. Follow-up costs depend on session length and frequency. The free 15-minute consultation is the right place to talk specifics. Pricing is transparent and there's no commitment.

Can I do this entirely by telehealth?

Yes, statewide across California. The same evaluation length, same provider, same plan.

I think my ADHD might be tied to trauma. Can you help with both?

Yes. Virginia works closely with Hope's trauma-informed therapists (EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS) so ADHD care and trauma care can be coordinated under one roof. Many ADHD patients have a trauma history, and treating one without the other often leaves the bigger picture unaddressed.
